All the research and development that went into the HR Hero system makes my job as an HR executive so much easier. The one thing I loved was the navigation of the actual site. It's so easy to get around! When you're on the phone with your boss whose asking you about a law change, a job description, or anything HR related, I can get to it in seconds. There’s movers and shakers that need answers yesterday. HR Hero is what you need because within 5-10 minutes, you can search and have no problem finding the answers to your question quickly and you know that the source you’re using is trustworthy. I believe the ROI is incomparable to what you would pay having to hire another employee.

Before TrainingToday we didn’t have employee training. We needed to bring awareness to specific training topics, ensure trainees understood the content, and how it would be included in Dimeo’s company culture. We are a construction management company, and our field employees sometimes struggle to find time to take the training. This problem was remedied with TrainingToday. Now each employee has the ability to take training at their leisure, and they could also pause training and return to it later if needed. If you’re considering TrainingToday it’s worth it.

I subscribed to TrainingToday for the convenience of online training. In terms of features, I find the reporting option useful, and I also appreciate that there is a quiz at the end. I can send e-mails directly from the site, and I can print certificates for modules that have been completed.
