Insight Global Appoints Chi Nguyen as Chief Financial Officer

Insight Global, an international staffing company, announced Chi Nguyen as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 16, 2023. Nguyen replaces Michael B. Lewis, who announced his retirement from Insight Global earlier this month after 15 years with the company.

Nguyen will report to Chief Executive Officer Bert Bean and will lead Insight Global’s finance organization and financial activities including accounting and controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, investor relations, internal audit, and treasury. In this role, she will also oversee the enterprise strategy.

Nguyen brings over 27 years of Finance experience, including 11 years as a CFO. She has partnered with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and investors, through transformative mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and operational excellence to scale.

She most recently worked as Senior Operating Executive and Advisor for Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company after serving as CFO at EmployBridge, an Atlanta-based staffing firm. For the last 17 years, she has led private-equity backed companies through important challenges and opportunities. These include over 25 acquisitions and integrations, a ~$1 billion corporate carve out, debt financings, stock repurchases, and three successful sale transactions to top-tier global private equity firms. Earlier in her career, Nguyen served in executive-level finance roles at General Electric.

Outside of work, Nguyen serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for Sacred Cow Company, a consulting firm specializing in the delivery of behavioral science solutions to business problems. She is also a Board member at 21st Century Leaders, a non-profit that collaborates with business and professional leaders to connect, transform, and inspire Georgia high school students to become the next generation of leaders.
