DVD-based training package provides safety training for hospital personnel who may participate in decontamination of patients during mass casualty events. Provides at least 8 hours of OSHA Hazwoper training, leading to Operations Level certification. Follows accreditation standards of the Joint Commission for decontamination and emergency planning. The four modules are (1) Recognizing Contaminated Patients; (2) The Hospital Incident Command System (HICS); (3) Self Protection; and (4) Patient Decontamination. Includes Guide.
