EMDEX LITE - a small but powerful magnetic field (EMF) survey and recording meter designed for personal exposure monitoring. With three-axis measurement (rather than single-axis meters), the digital display shows the measured magnetic field while recording the values in computer memory (which can be downloaded using the accompanying custom Windows-based software). The 9-volt battery operated unit is compact (4.7" x 2.4" x 1.0") and light-weight (6 oz), recording magnetic fields in the range of 0.1 mG to 700 mG, with a minimum resolution of 0.1 mG and typical measurement accuracy of +4%. A high-field version is also available, which extends the measurement range to 5 to 70,000 mG (with a minimum resolution of 5 mG). The meter can operate continuously for over 10 months on a single 9-volt battery, depending upon the selected sampling interval set by the user.
