The CCS-200 Spirometer is the only spirometer specifically designed for occupational health.
The CCS-200 Spirometer produces accurate and repeatable spirograms for use in OSHA and NIOSH-compliant programs. The single use disposable "U-tube" mouthpiece mounts easily and securely in the handle, and ejects after testing with a press of a button.
Included operating software for Windows® leads the operator through the testing process by determining repeatability, grading the maneuvers, and detecting artifacts and errors. The CCS-200 uses state-of-the-art ultrasonic sensors to ensure accuracy with every maneuver, as well as over the lifetime of the instrument. The included database software provides instant recall of past spirograms for reporting and trend analysis.
The CCS-200 spirometer has met independent validation tests to comply with American Thoracic Society (ATS 2005) performance standards. OSHA recommends that spirometers used for occupational spirometry be tested and meet the ATS/ERS minimum specifications for accuracy and precision.
In addition, CCS-200 users gave the spirometer an "A" grade for six separate criteria, including ease of use, hygiene, and breadth of reports in a Clinician Reports product review.
The CCS-200 Plus Spirometer integrates with the CCA-200mini Audiometer allowing occupational health practitioners the ability to share data on networked computers, and reduce errors and administrative tasks over multiple years.
