About Dust Solutions Inc. DSI

Dust Solutions Incorporated manufactures dry fog agglomerative dust suppression systems for material transferring and wind fence systems for stockpiles and dumping activities. Dry fog systems (the driest form of dust suppression available) are supplied in an easy to install modular format complete with controls, filtration, supply lines and nozzle mounts. Ultrasonic low water flow nozzles produce micron size fog droplets that attach to like size airborne dust particles. The wetted dust particles fall back into the process due to increased mass. Dry fog only wets the airborne dust, not the material. This “no wetting” of the process material (max. ½ % by weight or less) results in no BTU penalty for fuels, and no freezing or mess at transfer points. Chemicals are NOT required due to the ultrasonic expansion of water. It has been estimated that a Dry Fog nozzle can produce enough fog to approximately cover ½ a football field with (1) gallon of water. Reduces fuel explosion hazards.
