Flash 'n Slash® gloves are designed for cut resistance in sheet metal, glass and knife blade hazards where there is a potential exposure to heat, sparks, and open flame. These products are made with Fyron™ 45, a continuous filament yarn that combines ultra high tensile strength with a yarn hardness that allows this product line to resist the cutting edges of sheet metal, machined metal, glass, and knife blades. This yarn and the special palm coating are inherently flame resistant. Flash 'n Slash® gloves are 100% latex free. Due to their tacky grip, Flash 'n Slash gloves are not recommended for use when turning nuts, bolts, and screws with a power tool as this can result in a "wrap-up." Flash 'n Slash® gloves should be edge-tested prior to approval for use.
