Micro-Seal is a superior, top of the line 100% active, low VOC, clear penetrating water repellent with a unique blend of silane/siloxanes and exclusive Micro-Lok formulation for use on horizontal and vertical concrete, brick, and other porous surfaces. Micro-seal™ forms a long-chain water repellent barrier deep within the surface. This hydrophobic barrier repels water and salts yet remains highly vapor permeable, allowing moisture to escape.
