Plainview office tech support is not knowledgeable and Lacking product quality control! Went through an unfortunate experience in the past with a CCTV project which was very minimal and gave ENS the benefit of a doubt. However, this time around, went through a very frustrating experience with an intercom project which resulted in my relationship with ENS and ever doing business with this company going forward. Could not get the product to work correctly. I relied on ENS Tech support to help me in getting the intercom system to work but tech support was not well versed with the product they sold me. Spent hours on the phone with ENS tech support to the point of no solution and receiving a response "We will have to look into this further and will call you back". I never got a phone call back and waisted time and money at the customer site. I had to call another security supplier who sold the same product and pay a tech support fee because I did not purchase the product from them. Within minutes the other security supplier had the intercom system up and running, hence, support fee well worth it. I got the run around from the sales representative and branch manager, did not return my emails or phone calls. I'd rather pay a couple of dollars more for materials than doing business with ENS ever again!
