ErgoScience’s Quantitative Job Demands Analysis (QJDA) is a proprietary job analysis process that examines and quantifies the specific physical demands required to perform a given job within an organization. The QJDA was found to be a highly reliable process through research conducted in conjunction with the US Department of Labor.

ErgoScience comes to you: evaluating your worksite via videotaping or systematic observation, measuring the forces required to perform each job and the distances over which those forces must be exerted. We then enter the collected data into our QJDA™ software to precisely calculate job demands and create an easy-to-read report.

In addition to creating ADA, EEOC and OFCCP compliant job descriptions, QJDA™ information can also be used to create job-specific post-offer and return-to-work screens, job-specific FCEs, transitional duty programs and make rehab programs more job-specific.
