Seamless experience - Great content. I like the ease of transaction in terms of loading into our LMS and the quality of the presentations are appreciated. The only challenge I have is with our budget and the way the courses are offered via catalogs. It might be more to manage, but perhaps pricing by title would be our best case scenario. Right now we are limited to X number of catalogs, but certainly don't use a significant number of the titles. If we were able to choose the number of titles from a broader range of catalogs, that would suit us best.

HSI has provided adequate diversity, equity, and inclusion education resources that have consistently enhanced our firm's understanding and awareness of each concept, as well as related concepts. I like that I have the ability curate our diversity, equity, and inclusion curriculum each year. I also like that I can make changes to the curriculum where I see fit. Lastly, I like the customer service experience that HSI provides. I have not had any noteworthy challenges. Thank you.

Cathy Evans provides great customer service! Cathy Evans, my Customer Success Manager, provides great customer service. She always answers my questions promptly and with a detailed explanation. I enjoy the partnership between us! The monthly SCORM course packages we receive from HSI occasionally need further clarification. In the past, the course titles listed in the "content export" spreadsheet have not always matched those in the SCORM package. When this happens, I contact Cathy, who consistently provides a solution or explanation.
