  • BackTpack is an ergonomic 2-sided carrying system designed by a Physical Therapist as a healthy alternative to the common backpack for everyday use in school, work, or commuting.

    It promotes optimal posture no matter the load because the load is aligned with the vertical axis. Therefore, there is no additional torque multiplying the force of the load as in off-axis systems of other bags. This reduced force and improved posture reduces pain associated with carrying a given load.
    In addition there is an optional hip-loading feature for those who need to decrease the load on their spine.

    Since the compartments are at the sides, they are accessible at all times without having to remove the bag, even when sitting.

    When you sit in an armless chair or squat to the ground to pick something up, the load transfers to your thighs via the Lap Stap feature.
