Regional center of excellence providing highly specialized areas of occupational health services to help employers reduce total healthcare spending and costs associated with obesity, poor physical fitness, and workplace injuries/illnesses and to promote total worker health. Proactive occupational health services include annual wellness examinations with a focus on biometrics and active movement screens, functional job analysis, ergonomic assessments, design and validation of job-related physical tests based on essential job functions, administration of physical agility testing, post-offer employment testing, and fitness for duty employment testing. We also provide disability management consulting services related to safe and productive return to work. We assist employers with identifying reasonable job accommodations and we provide a transitional return to work to program to help workers with physical limitations/restrictions that limit return to work full-duty instead return to work earlier in their recovery at a safe and productive level. We also provide subject matter expert consulting services to assist companies who are dealing with workers' compensation claims and/or disability discrimination claims.
