The Chicagoland Safety, Health and Environmental Conference is the premier Midwest regional training conference that draws speakers, attendees, and Business Expo vendors from across the country and international. As many as 17 states have been represented. The 4 day conference is held at the Northern Illinois University Naperville Campus in September each year. www.chisafetyconf.org

The conference, founded in 1988 is organized by three chapters of the American Society of Safety Engineers, the Chicago Section of the American Industrial Hygiene Association, the Chicago Chapter of the Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professions and planned with OSHA, the National Safety Education Center and the Northern Illinois University College of Engineering and Engineering Technology.

Funds raised are used primarily for student scholarships and other SH&E related donations.

An after-hours social allows attendees to network with other EHS professionals, speakers and business representatives.
