Forward Rotate Conveyor
Rotating a product forward in direction of flow can be tricky. Too much forward momentum can cause a product to tumble further forward than wanted, and other factors such as the takeaway conveyor speed can cause products to tip backwards. Pack Air uses devices called Starwheels and Waterfalls to control product reorientation in a forward rotation for predicable results.
