Non-Penetrating Guardrail

Non-Penetrating Guardrail

No drilling, welding, or roof penetrations—passive guardrail systems that protect your roof warranty.

Where Non-Penetrating Guardrail Fits. OSHA requires fall protection wherever a worker can fall four feet or more in general industry. In practice, these are the conditions we get called about most:
**Unprotected roof edges on flat commercial and industrial roofs
**Rooftop equipment within 15 feet of an edge—HVAC units, chillers, exhaust fans
**Roof hatches and ladder landings, where a worker steps out into open space
**Parapet walls that are too low to count as a barrier on their own
**Standing seam and R-panel metal roofs, using seam clamps instead of fasteners
**Solar arrays, where the rail goes up before the panels and stays for maintenance access

Not sure which applies to your building? A site visit and risk assessment maps every hazard and hands you a prioritized plan.

We provide non-penetrating roof guardrail systems—including 360° Mobile Safety Rail, AccuFit architectural railing, Hide-A-Rail folding rail, metal roof guardrail with S-5 seam clamps, parapet wall clamping rail, and roof hatch/ladder guards—engineered to meet OSHA and, where required, CAL/OSHA 3209 while protecting your roof warranty. Our freestanding, zero-penetration designs use weighted bases or seam clamps, install quickly without compromising membranes, are fully relocatable as your rooftop changes, and can be paired with compliant warning lines when that’s the right control. We support your architects and engineers with free specs and instant-access REVIT files, and we offer supply-only or turnkey delivery with our in-house installation team. To de-risk your project, we start with a site visit and risk assessment to map hazards at edges, equipment within 15 feet, hatches, and low parapets, then provide a prioritized plan, installation, and ongoing inspection and testing. With nationwide service across all 50 states and Canada and rapid response from our team, we streamline your procurement and keep your people safe at height.
