360 Mobile Safety Rail System Data Sheet

We provide a free-standing, non-penetrating 360 Mobile Safety Rail System that installs without drilling, welding, or tools, using 104 lb cast iron bases with full-contact rubber pads to protect roof membranes while meeting or exceeding OSHA requirements. We offer modular rails made from 1 5/8" tubing that stand 42" tall and come in one-foot increments from 2'–10', with positive latch pins and bases that allow four-way intersections and accept up to 1 1/4" schedule 40 pipe. We configure pinned runs into a unified barrier that, with 5' return rails at each end to form a U-shape, delivers OSHA-compliant protection without intermediate returns. We supply finish rails for ladder or wall transitions, access gates from 3'–10', steel toeboards or brackets for 2x4/2x6 lumber, the Hide-A-Rail fold-down option, and finishes in safety yellow, hot-dipped galvanized, or custom RAL colors. We support common rooftop applications—perimeters, ladder access, skylights, roof hatches, and around HVAC—with quick-install, versatile, and cost-efficient systems suitable for permanent or temporary use.
